This is a truly rustic yarn, so please expect some variations in thickness and colour. We believe that this enhances the unique beauty and texture of this hand-produced item. Please experiment to produce the texture that you require.

Düwen means 'to weave' in Mapundungun, the indigenous language of the Mapuche (of which the Lavkenche form a part) of southern Chile. 

This yarn has been dyed with: pita

Weight: 50g skein

Meterage (approx): 100m

Batch: IL/PP1

Recommended needle size for knitting: 3.75mm (closest equivalent gauge = double knitting)

100% sheep's wool
Handwash, mild soap
